Productions is an Award-winning Film and Video Production company, owned
and operated by Eric Christiansen. This year E C Productions produced over 12
national television spots for their client "Rembrandt Toothpaste" including
a 5 spot campaign for the "Rembrandt One Hour Whitening Program". Eric Christiansen
served as director and director of photography.
The "Rembrandt"
commercials can currently be seen on national television. E C Productions
also produced "Project Impact" a twelve spot series of public service announcements
for the Federal Emergency Management Agency. Eric Christiansen served
as director/director of photography and editor. The series recently received
a Gold Award from the California Emergency Services Association and a Gold Award
from the Aurora Awards in the category of Best Ad Campaign. Eric Christiansen
also served as editor and post production supervisor for the 70mm Imax
feature film "The Greatest Places". This film is now in national and international
release. With his company EC Productions Eric Christiansen also directed and
edited a thirteen part series for PBS entitled "We're in Business", underwritten
by Staples, Inc. Other recent PBS documentary work includes: director
/ director of photography, and editing on "Photographing America", underwritten
by Fuji Film. Eric has also directed and edited a successful one hour
special "Hispanic America", underwritten by AT&T. Eric's documentary
"Faces in the Fire", an in depth look at the survivors of the Painted Cave Fire
disaster in Santa Barbara, California, garnered international acclaim. The film
received several awards including an Emmy Award, a Silver Award from the Houston
International Film Festival, a Diamond Award from cable television and a CableAce
nomination. The film is now promoted by the National Institute of Mental
Health and is used as a tool to help survivors of disasters worldwide.
